My research focuses on the role of asRNAs in the nuclear export of RNA. I am investigating novel regulatory mechanisms that govern RNA localisation and expression using a range of molecular biology techniques.

I am trying to get a better understanding of the regulation of the yeast telomerase RNA TLC1. Next to this I am interested in transcription termination and 3′ end processing dynamics as well as the role of antisense RNAs.

I support research with bioinformatics solutions, Python-based data visualization, website management, and lab assistance.

My mission is to shed light on snoRNA’s shuttling between the nucleus and cytoplasm involved in its maturation.

I am interested in quality control of non-coding RNAs, and I am trying to better understand the mechanisms involved.

I support research by preparing laboratory equipment and assisting in the performance of experiments.

My focus is on the research of the dsRNA formation process.

I’m driven by the passion for the biosynthesis of ribonucleoproteins.
